HD/Race Sprung 6 Pad Clutch Kit with Flywheel

The ZX4-HDG6 kit features ACT's most popular Heavy Duty pressure plate. ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates use an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT's 6-pad, spring-centered race disc features a spring center to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. With the 6-pad, spring-centered race disc, engagement is harsher, but shifting is faster. The 6-pad, spring-centered disc is recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat.

Oem Pedal Feel and Grabby

I recently purchased this clutch after my transmission went. I was originally using a southbend stage 3 endurance clutch.

This ACT clutch is a vast improvement over the SB. The engagement is definitely more aggressive. The bite is spot on.

The pedal feel is oem so you're left leg won't have to work as hard.

good gauge to start with

I got this and the wideband gauge together. had to glue the need in place after I had the gauge set up to match what I wanted because it would slip during shifting when the values would change the fastest. other than that I haven't had any major issues with it. would recommend to anyone that needs a decent gauge at a decent price.
