Boost 4 Boobies Dyno Results Overview | Who Made the Highest WHP and Donated the Most?

Posted on 30 April 2014

We had 27 people dyno at our Annual Boost for Boobies Event. Find out which car made the most, and who donated the highest dollar value.

One of the biggest perks about MAP's annual car meet is the Dynomometer. What makes it special is the fact that we auction off 3-pull slots in traditional auction style. The highest bidder gets on the rollers, while the other watch in anticipation. This year featured a very diverse group of cars on the Boost 4 Boobies dyno, something folks have been asking for for years. [caption id="attachment_9337" align="alignnone" width="640"]boost 4 boobies dyno recap Boost 4 Boobies Dyno Recap[/caption] We had the typical American muscle cars via Mustang's and Camaro's. We had the usual AWD Ralley cars such as Evo X's and Subaru STi's. Then we had the weird ones. A Honda Insight showed up, followed by a 1979 Malibu shortly later. Whatever your taste in car, chances are something hit our dyno that you would enjoy. Here is a list of noteworthy Dyno results:
  • Ryan H's Twin Turbo 1999 Trans-Am made 1050RWHP @ 21psi
  • Croy O's 1999 Honda Insight made 69whp / 79wtq
  • Scott E's 1969 Chevelle had the highest bid at $350.
  • Taylor L's 2005 Saturn Ion Redline made 508whp / 433wtq
In total, our Dyno raised over $4000 towards cancer benefits! That's an outstanding number! What's just as impressive is that the average bid was nearly $150. Check out our other blog post to find out more about event sponsors and how much money we made in total! Boost for Boobies is slowly becoming one of the largest import / domestic car shows in the state of Minnesota. Our goal is to make it the largest, and all for a good cause!
