Good, cheap boost gauge

Works great, pretty accurate at 1000ft elevation (withing 1psi), and bright enough to read in full daylight.

Why?!?!?!?!

Overall the design and quality of Prosport gauges are pretty good. Yes I know it's not a Defi or anything that is comparable to that brand. It's cheap so there shouldn't be anything wrong with it, right?? Ha...I have owned 2 of these Prosport boost gauges. Now don't get me wrong here. They are really nice gauges. They just have one particular flaw to them for those of us in high altitude country. They are way off when it comes to reading your boost. It reads so much lower than it actually is. Why? I have no clue. And you will ask well how do you know it reads lower? My answer will be that my Greddy EBC and factory ECU tells me what boost I am running and between them and the Prosport they read different. Plus I bought a Prosport boost gauge eons ago and it did the exact same thing. Personally I don't mind. *whisper* *I mostly bought it for the 'cool' factor and the whole sweeping action -woot- -woot- Safe Driving.
