Kiwi Wifi is a plug and play wireless device measuring only 2.75 x 1.25 x 0.6 inches. Kiwi Wifi comes attached with a 6 ft OBDII cable for easy installation. It also comes included with a power switch built-in to prevent the need for having to constantly disconnect your unit from the OBDII port. It is compatible with 1996 and later vehicles. Connecting to your iPhone / iPod touch is made by 802.11a/b/g connection in adHoc mode. This unit is upgradeable to Kiwi Wifi + iMFD.

PLX Logger 3.0 for PC

PLX Logger 3.0 is free to download. It is fully compatible with the PLX iMFD system without a software license. To obtain data from the sensors, two products are available from PLX. The iMFD DataLogger and the iMFD Serial USB Adapter. However, to use PLX Logger 3.0 with Kiwi Wifi, you'll need to purchase a license. What's nice about PLX Logger 3.0 is that it is compatible with the iPhone/iPod Touch app called DashCommand. Logged data from DashCommand can be downloaded into PLX Logger 3.0 for further detail review.
Kiwi Wifi is used to obtain OBDII data, however if additional sensors are required such as wideband air/fuel ratio, fluid temperature, you can daisy-chain up to 32 PLX Sensor Modules and read it simultaneously with PLX Logger 3.0. This brings the best of both worlds of OBDII interface and high performance dedicated sensors into one application.
