MAPerformance Evo 8/9 Exhaust Manifolds

At MAP we aren't happy porting just 2-3" into a manifold or turbine housing like our competition. As such, we developed proprietary tooling that allows us to port anything within line of sight! For instance, Dodge Viper intake manifolds are over 30" in length and every inch gets shaped and polished before it leaves here. When it comes to the Evo platform that means we are able to port/polish your entire exhaust manifold as seen below!

You might be thinking that this process is similar to extrude honed, but it is quite the contrary. Extrude honing is without a doubt a beneficial process that improves upon overall flow, but where it lacks is shape control. All of our porting/polishing is completed by hand yielding ultimate control in regards to final shape. In fact, our portwork has gone head to head with extrude honed pieces several times and come out on top!

Core Options

We offer three different options in regards to our exhaust manifold core service, please select the one that fits your specific situation and time line:

• Have Core, Will Wait: Select this option if you have a core exhaust manifold to send to us and you would like us to perform the services to your exhaust manifold after it has been received.
• Have Core, No Waiting Please: Select this option if you have a core to send in to us, but would like to keep downtime to a minimum. We will complete the services on a core exhaust manifold and refund the core charge as soon as we receive your exhaust manifold! Please note that your core exchange must be suitable for use as a core, feel free to contact us for more information!
• No Core: Select this option if you do not have an exhaust manifold to send in as a core. We will track down and purchase a good core to use for your exhaust manifold service. This charge is non-refundable.
