JM Fabrications "Street" Intake Manifold (1g DSM)

If it's horsepower your looking for, this is the manifold for you. Introducing our aluminum street sheetmetal intake manifold. Similar to our "Race" version, but it includes a smaller plenum designed for better spool up on the street/auto X track. It is recommended for cars running a 20g or smaller turbo. These are hand made, TIG welded from high quality 6061 T6 aluminum. The flanges are all CNC machined and surfaced for precise fitment and a leak free seal. Each plenum is press bent to reduce the number of welds which will assure maximum strength under high boost applications. Velocity stacks are incorporated into each one to improve airflow by 10-15%. The vacumm ports are placed on the underside of the plenum for a clean professional look. They are available unpolished or with a mirror like polish. Included are 4 new 8mmx1.25mm 70mm bolts for the stock throttle body. Expected gains can be anywhere from 10-25 HP depending upon your setup!

These manifolds are designed for DSM's with eliminated EGR. Some modifications to your coil pack mounts, and upper intercooler pipes may be needed, as this manifold sits down alot lower then stock. If using the Accufab and other aftermarket throttle bodies, please note that the throttle cable and TPS sensors may need modifying.
