The Harman Motive GT-Series Turbokit for Subaru WRX/STI is the result of years of hands on tuning, racing and installation experience. We've taken everything learned from working with hundreds of kits and vehicles and applied them to what we believe is the best kit available for the Subaru.

Our kit was designed to do everything well so you can enjoy your car in all driving situations. We have designed the uppipe to provide the best balance of spool and top-end power. We have rerouted the wasteagate as smoothly as possible for precise boost control without unnecessary noise. We have extensively tested our kit on the track and in competition with rock steady reliability, excellent power output, and repeat victories.
While ready for the race track, the Harman turbo kit makes a great daily driving setup too. We have installed our kit on many stock engined STIs producing 350-400whp daily with great reliability. You'll appreciate the great idle, good off boost power, and instant response of the Garrett family of turbochargers.
Turbo Options
GT3071R - The smallest of the GT series turbos, this turbo is recommended for daily drivers on stock motors. Full boost is achievable at 3800rpm with peak power occurring around 6000rpm. Capable of 400whp at 25psi on the stock block, you can still run down even the fastest cars with this turbo.
GT3076R - The big brother of the GT3071, this turbo has a larger compressor and turbine. While it shifts the powerband north, lag increases by only a few hundred RPM. If you have high quality fuel, this is a great turbo that will pull hard to redline on stock and mild 2.5l motors.
GT3582R - Perhaps the world's most famous turbo. This gem can provide 500+ whp at 25psi on built motors. This is best for top-end on stock motors or all out track dominance on your built engine. Still spools fast enough for daily duty, but you'll have more fun with a faster spoiling GT30R if you're into canyons and HPDE.
Intercooler Options
For 2004-2007 STIs, the kit is designed to fit with APS DR525 and DR725 FMIC. No modification is required. The APS intercooler for the GD chassis is unmatched in fitment and performance.
For 2008 STI, we offer the Harman Motive FMIC. Developed on JC Meynet's TimeAttack STI, we have designed this FMIC to provide the best mix of performance, spool, and serviceability. We have gone through great effort to route the piping to minimize heat interference. (Coming soon for GD chassis 2002-2007).
The 2008 WRX and Legacy models require a different intercooler routing because of the intake manifold. These are available by special order only.
