Energy Supension Customizable Bushing Kits (DSM)

Create your own bushing kit with any or all of the following components!

- Front End Control Arm Bushing Set

On the front of vehicles these bushings make a dramatic improvement in the way they handle, with quicker steering response and greater vehicle control. Whatever your demands, proper alignment (caster and camber) is better maintained by the use of the correct performance durometer of the bushing's material formulation.

*1g note: Front lowers must reuse existing outer shells.

- Rear End Control Arm Bushing Set

On the rear, these control arm bushings are a must for controlling wheel hop and increasing cornering control for competition uses as well as maintaining alignment on and off-road.

- Sub-Frame Bushing Set

These replace distorted and worn-out original rubber mounts to maintain car body and truck cab to bed alignment.

- Front Sway Bar Frame Bushings
- Rear Sway Bar Frame Bushings / Rear Track Arm Bushing Set

Sway Bar Bushings (for the vehicle frame) makes the sway bar system much more effective. It does this by the use of increased durometers of the polyurethane bushing components. In effect, it's similar to installing a higher performance, heavier duty sway bar system, but at a fraction of the cost!

*Note: 1g sway bar end link bushings and hardware included.

Track Arm Bushings help prevent the front suspension system from shifting unwontedly left to right during both normal or rugged/performance driving.

- Tie Rod Boots

Energy Suspension tie rod boots resist damage from rocks, sand, water, road salt, and oils better than many other O.E.M. rubber boots. All boots have a 5 Point Sealing Action, which not only prevents loss of tie rod lubricant but also inhibits contamination (the major cause of rod wear)!

- Front Shock Upper Bushing Set
- Rear Shock Upper Bushing Set

These bushings give any vehicle's suspension instant response and control using increased durometer (firmness) material settings. Energy's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane shock bushings and grommets last forever and add to the dampening performance of the shock unit. Give any shock absorber maximum efficiency while extending its life!

- Motor Mounts

These bushings both restore worn mounts and reduce unwanted motor assembly movement. Under high performance conditions, they reduce wheel hop and torque induced movement that can actually damage vehicle components! These polyurethane inserts are thoroughly tested to add support and stability to the existing O.E.M. motor mount system.

*Note: Manual transmissions only.
*The Energy Suspension kit includes only the front and rear motor mount inserts.
*The Prothane kit includes all four motor mounts (2g side motor mounts must be press fit).
