SB11-HDSS kit features ACT's most popular Heavy Duty pressure plate and most popular street disc. ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency.
ACT's Performance Street discs feature premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. These discs have reduced marcel for faster shift action to complement ACT pressure plates, with increased strength and reliability.
Please Note: Conversion Kit. Replaces original 230mm clutch. Must use ACT Flywheel (included in kit). Subaru has incorporated 240mm clutch components into production during mid-2018MY production starting with VIN J806877. ACT clutch kits and flywheels are not compatible with the revised OEM components.

Man this kit was all nicely packaged it was delivered extremely fast and the customer service was incredible. They were able to help me determine what set was better for my wrx. It’s super light on the foot when pressing the clutch as well but bites quick so almost stalled a few times until I got used to it. Highly recommend and highly recommend talking to the customer service if you need to seek anyone out for help.
Bought the clutch to replace the OEM clutch that went out at 20k miles. So far, I’m pretty happy with my purchase. It’s bites hard, but it’s not so aggressive to be a pain to drive around in town. I should add that this is my first aftermarket clutch since I put an ACT 2600 in my 1997 eclipse GSX about twenty years ago. So, my experience is pretty limited. I can just tell you I like the way this one performs.
Make sure you do A LOT of research if you are doing this clutch job yourself, for a first timer there was a lot of things I would not of known going in blind, an other thing to keep in mind a lightweight fly wheel is not going to be easy to adapt to if you’re replacing a worn down clutch and if you are Looking for a very good daily driver stock flywheel is definitely the way to go, and ACT has said that their performance products do make more noise than stock so if your paranoid that you messed up your install because there is more noise don’t sweat it, but there should not be more vibration. Over all holds power awesome and is very consistent.
No complaints. The bite and torque feels more aggressive compared to stock. As others have pointed out, there is chatter when deaccelerating. Daily driven.
Was time for a new clutch couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend. This is my first manual car and was indecisive but was told to check out ACT.
