We’ve just finished up with one of our recent projects for an out of state customer build. This entire turbo setup has been created completely in house by our very skilled and talented fabricators here at MAPerformance. This particular setup has gotten our advanced black ceramic coating treatment, features an external dump 38mm Tial MVS wastegate, and a one-off 3″ downpipe matched to a 3.5″ catback exhaust. This particular build was created around Precision Turbo’s new line of billet compressor wheel turbos, a PTE6765, and we’re shooting for 800+ horsepower. Stay tuned for dyno results within the next week!

Unfortunately, anything over the 17-18psi mark she was running out of fuel past 7700rpm. Next thing to be upgraded is the fuel system! Stay Tuned!

The car is internally stock, crank, rods, and heads. Intercooler, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, and turbine housing as all stock as well, no porting or anything aftermarket!

The car is undergoing an overall now, the new build was originally going to consist of 2.5 build with a rotated 6262 Billet turbo from Precision Turbo, but due to personal reasons the build will have to be put to a halt or plans will have to include something a bit less drastic! So the first things in order are a built transmission and a clutch that can hold the power!

This kit includes a AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulator, black face fuel pressure gauge, fuel rail adapter, 4′ of fuel line, and all necessary fittings to accurately adjust and monitor fuel pressure in your DSM! These units feature a 46mm valve, and can be used in a wide variety of applications. They can be used in any kit or setup that currently utilizes a v-band style 44mm gate, but will work best with the supplied inlet flange (the inside diameter of our flange is slightly larger than our competitors). The wastegates will be shipped with all the necessary hardware (flanges, clamps, springs, etc), and can accommodate a wide range of boost pressures (anywhere from 1.5PSI up to 25.5PSI). All units feature a black, anodized wastegate cap, and a Kevlar reinforced silicone diaphragm. In addition, the unit features a five angle valve job, as well as high temp 17-7 ph springs (more durable and can withstand higher temperatures before changing rate). Lastly, the PW46 is set up for a 1 3/4″ pipe on the discharge side, and a 1 7/8″ pipe on the inlet.
